Job Work & Payment Management System is a system which helps the management level persons to manage and maintain the records and history about their products, clients and client wise selling and clients payment calculation.
This software can be used for the users who produce & sell no of items. It manages distribution of jobs and their payment per jobs completed based on individual or group, detailed reporting. In that this manages all the Details of each & every item on which they are dealing. Also maintains the raw material details for each item separately, here raw material is known as cutting material. Then manage the production of all the items and their selling. Also manage the stock of finished goods. For job maintenance 2 terms are used that is New Job & Received Job. Then term New Job is refer to the raw material given for production and term Received Job refer to the job receive which are given for production this are known as finished goods that means the goods are ready to sell and added to the stock of finished goods. Then you can maintain the selling of these finished goods this will be handled in dispatch. You will assign and received job individually or in group and you can maintain the payment for the jobs that you have received from an individual or group.
This also provides detailed reporting for so many purposes like New job report, Received job Report, Stock Report, Summery Report Item wise & group wise differently, Stock Management Report, New job History Report, Received job History Report, Dispatch History Report etc.
